Time to have a look at how the standard LC turbo is put together. 

 

The T25 turbo's were refurbished at 56,000 miles, so have done only about 17,000 miles, 

I was'nt expecting any nasty surprises and these had not suffered from the "exhaust smoke" 

problem that seems to plague so may LC's. However with the cats off, I could smell oil 

being burnt in the exhaust. (prior to GT25R fitment), so still had the smoke problem, just not

so bad.
