Engine Coolant Radiator

After trying out the 1 1/2" stub connectors,  I found them to be too big, there would be problems
especially fitting tight new hoses. After a search I found a supplier who offered exactly the sizes
I needed, so now with 35mm and 19mm connectors I can make a start. First thing to do was construct
a jig built around the standard radiator (in fact I used a C30SE rad from senator because the bottom
location lugs were to be moved to match, the side lugs were in the same position on either radiator.
Holes were cut using a 35mm dia starret hole saw, and a carbide burr to finish cutouts to size.

Stub pipes cut and shaped to fit, look slightly odd because they have to overhang each side.

Mount brackets with lugs to fit existing rubber mount points.

Blimey...it fits !  (some red rubber grease helped too)

Not entirely necessary, but the hose will need slight trim to take into account the extra rad depth.

I would have liked the rad to sit further towards the slam panel by about 3mm,  will adjust the mounts and jig.

Ok from underneath.
