Down pipes

Check to make sure the steering bar does not foul the exhaust when at full lock
both ways.

I need to mate the end of the downpipes to tube which is only 2 1/4" diameter, so again
I need to reduce the 2 1/2" tube to match, slits are cut and the ends drawn together and
welded as I did with the 3" to 2 1/2" reducer.

The down pipes are bolted into position, flanges are bolted to the mid-boxes and then
tack welded to the ends of the down pipes. I have used flexi joints to absorb any stresses
due to heat expansion and contraction of the stainless steel tube work, I don't want to
exert any unnecessary stress loads on the turbo's.

Next is fitting and welding the lambda sensor threaded bosses.
For the rear turbo, it's in very much the same position.

Different position from std for the front turbo lambda boss (centre of pic).

Finished parts, with bosses and u brackets for bolting to existing hanger on gearbox.
